The book is relatively small. I consider it as a big article.
Some of the ideas in this books may be found in other similar books but the point is that this book collects many of them in one very short and clear description.
The most important part of the book (at least for me ) is a collection of some tricks that should help you to make "personal connections" with the foreign language that you learn. Initially I've found this idea of "personal connections with a foreign language" in some other similar book that is available on the market. The author of this book does not mention this notion, but for me it is clear that many of his ideas are based on something similar. In particular the first half of this book consists of 14 Learning Secrets that are basically consise and usefull advices on how to connect your personality with the language.
Another important point is that the tools that you can find in this book may be applied to learning any foreign language - not only English. Now I want to start using them for learning Spanish.
